Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

Good luck cancelling your membership. My truck was totaled from and accident. I did it online. Get a response back saying they will review my request. Review! Cancel it. I don't have the vehicle. I had to call my bank because they continue to charge me card. I tried calling but put on hold to never speak to anyone. The service is good, but they will continue charging you and have zero customer support service. Extremely disappointed

I was an extremely satisfied customer until this experience. Several weeks ago, I went through the car wash and was directed into the bay by an employee. As I pulled in, I immediately knew something wasn’t right. I rolled my window down and asked about a noise I was hearing, and the employee told me it was just my tire rubbing. It wasn’t. I left with one bent wheel and another one scratched. This ended up costing me a significant amount of time and money to fix. I went through Tidal Wave’s claims process, and it was denied. The manager I initially spoke with in person was very apologetic, but that tone completely changed when he called to explain the denial. I also filed a BBB complaint, which resulted in nothing more than a generic denial response from the Tidal Wave claims department. I really liked their setup, the covered vacuum area, and how convenient everything was. But when a business causes damage, they should take responsibility. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here. Sharing this so others can make an informed decision. If even one person elects not to visit because of this review, then I have done my job.

Jonny a good friend of mine was very knowledgeable in all of his memberships. He convinced me to get a free wash and I loved it. It left my car amazing ~rims and wheels looked very clean too, easy access to vacuums and they even cleaned my rugs with their pressure washer will come back to get a membership tomorrow! Amazing job.

Today was a day I’ll never forget. My car, as my life, was in shambles. My wife left me, she took the kids, took the house- took everything. I never thought my life would bring me here. I thought it was over for me. But I had to get my car fixed. And I’m so glad I did. I came to tidal wave, expecting nothing. A broken man with nothing left. But I met Owen. A handsome, strapping young man who did everything I asked and more. He went above and beyond for me. Told me everything was gonna be okay and even held me while I cried. I’ve never been met with such excellent customer service. He cleaned my car like he was an expert all while giving me some advice on life. I’ll never forget Owen. What a guy. I hope my daughter grows up to be like him. If she even remembers daddy. But that’s beside the point. I know things will get better. Thank you Owen for helping me through this rough patch in my life. If I can give advice in return- never tell your wife her butt DOES look big in that dress. It’s not worth it… thank you Owen. May your days be forever bathed in sunlight and kissed by rainbows.
